Returns: You are more than welcome to return any products to Moda West 7th, with a receipt, up to 14 days after your purchase is made. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If you do not have your receipt, but we have record of the purchase under your name, we can issue a store credit. Sorry no returns are made for make up.
Gift Cards: Gift cards MUST be present at time of redemption and are good for one year. We can reissue cards that are past one year for a service fee but can only be done up to three years from date issued. Gift cards are considered cash tender and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. There are no refunds on gift cards.
Quotes: Moda team members cannot give price quotes for services over the phone or at the front desk. Only service providers are allowed to give guests exact quotes on the services performed. Moda will not refund any service but wants to assure every clients satisfaction.
Check Policy: Moda West 7th does not accept checks as a form of payment under any circumstances. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice. If we do not receive a 24 hour notice, and you no-show your appointment, 50% of your services will be charged to a gift card or credit card on file.
Moda West 7th is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.
